It's definitely a different type of experience. The bar is quirky, but the bartenders are very friendly and attentive to customers. They have amazing pizza and other great items. Also, the beer is refreshing. If you haven't been here before, you should definitely try it out.

Nice spot. Reminded me of the bar scenes on tv, everyone vibing and drinking and there is a stage on the other side for performers. We came for the deep dish pizzas. I was like omgosh finally. It was so good. Cant wait to come back and try another. We had the on the run pizza. Everything tasted so fresh

Hot Springs doesn't have the best restaurants, but this hidden gem is amazing. Rookie mistake, don't order a pizza and a meatball sub if there are just two of you. They warned me, but I didn't listen. It was amazing and filling! I doubt I will ever go back to Hot Springs, but if I do, it's only to go to Maxine's.

Great place for deep dish pizza. It was perfectly cooked. Prices are very reasonable. The place is eclectically decorated. Worth a stop.

Our first time at Maxine's was on a Saturday. We arrived around 8:45 PM, the place wasn't packed but there was a sizeable crowd. The first thing that we noticed was the decor. It looks like a blend of lowbrow chaos to someone giving some thought of how the place should look - love it. We ordered 2 cocktails listed in the menu. They were both infused with ginger. Then I ordered a beer while my partner had a white Russian. We also ordered pizza, the Whodunit. It was good but there was a long wait for it. My partner said it was better the next day. I plan on ordering a sandwich the next time.

Wonderful atmosphere with fun things to do like darts and pool. On Thursdays they have drag shows and I hope to be able to go soon. Great drinks and bartenders
